01. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I FILL IN MY DETAILS ONLINE?A member of the office staff will contact you to arrange your initial inspection.

02. DO YOU COVER ANY BOILER MAKE, MODEL AND AGE?We do not cover some specific boiler makes/models like: Older models of Biasi, Ariston, Saunier Duval, Potterton Powermax 155. Or boilers that are over 15 years old. We can however still repair or replace these boilers, so get in touch.

03. HOW OFTEN WILL YOU SERVICE MY BOILER?We will carry out a boiler service at your initial inspection then annually. We aim to carry out annual services between the months of March - August.

04. IS THERE AN EXCESS TO PAY?There is no excess to pay.

05. IS THERE A LIMIT ON CALL OUTS?Unlimited callouts.

06. WHEN WILL THE MONTHLY DIRECT DEBIT BE COLLECTED?Monthly Direct Debit will be collected after the initial inspection and sign-up.

07. HOW QUICKLY CAN SOMEONE GET TO ME?For urgent breakdowns, we aim to be with you on the same or next day. For non emergencies we aim to be with you within 3 days.

08. WHAT’S THE LENGTH OF THE AGREEMENT AND WHEN CAN I CANCEL?12 months minimum term agreement, with option to renew automatically (if the policy is cancelled within this time period the customer will be liable for the full 12 month period).
